Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

All final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned unless required by local laws. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping expenses related to the return of Vantaggi products.

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Authorize Your Return/Exchange Contact us at support@rosemacsales.com.ca to request return/exchange authorization. Please provide your order number, full name, and email address.

  2. Re-pack Your Package Reseal the original packaging with the product you are returning inside.

  3. Print & Apply the Return Label Once your return is authorized, you will receive a return label from us. Print the label and cover the original shipping label on the resealed package with the return label.

  4. Ship Your Return Package Deliver your package to the courier indicated on the return label.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the desired item quickly, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
